We have a holistic approach to injury prevention and performance; combining strength/mobility, technique coaching, warm - up protocols and workload management to help you minimise pain and maximise performance.

01

strength | mobility

Muscular weakness and restricted mobility can result in the overloading of tissues surrounding the elbow and shoulder joints; potentially leading to injury. We provide you with a bespoke strength and mobility programme to help reduce your chance of injury and improve performance potential in your sport.

02

technique

Throwing / performing your sport with poor technique can place extra stress on your shoulder and elbow. We perform video analysis with the aim of improving your technique; reducing injury risk and maximising performance.

03

warm-up

Going straight into activity without warming up properly can significantly increase injury risk. We provide a bespoke, sport-specific warm up protocol to gradually increase the intensity of exercise and prevent injury.

04

workload

Most injuries occur either when not allowing enough rest time between activity, or when experiencing a sudden increase in activity. We provide a bespoke workload plan to help you manage this, or return to play after injury.
