what does a programme look like?

In your initial assessment, we will perform strength and mobility profiling and provide you with a document highlighting your strengths and weaknesses in this area. If you are in for throwing coaching, we will provide video analysis of your technique.

In the follow up sessions, we will take you through a programme including bespoke strenth and mobility exercises tailored to you, and throwing technique coaching to help you minimise pain and maximise performance. The idea is that at the end of a programme with us, you will be looking after your shoulder/elbow not only now, but also for the future.
